Well, I think it's safe to say we have a new member of the Tweed & Tether team...

Meet Bear! 🐻🤎

Bear is our nine-week-old Springer Spaniel Puppy and after what feels like such a long wait, it still feels slightly magical that he is actually here.

We had originally said that if one was available, we would love a little girl. Millie had been such an absolute gem that I think we just had a soft spot for the idea of another little lady.

But then we met this pudding, and honestly, he captured our hearts from the very first visit. 🥹 I'm sure you can all see why!

Naturally, His First Job Was a Photoshoot 📸

Of course, Bear's first official job as part of the team had to be modelling.

And honestly, he was a complete natural. He absolutely loved the attention and was far more interested in playing than standing still, but we had so much fun with him.

Having Bear has definitely made me excited about picking my camera up again.

I'm really hoping to start visiting places and getting back out exploring with my little shadow. It's something I have missed dearly.

Bear's First Tweed & Tether Outfit 🐾

Naturally, Bear needed some Tweed & Tether accessories of his own.

His Olive Green slip lead has officially become his and I absolutely love how the colour looks against his gorgeous liver brown colouring. 🤎💚

He also finally got to wear the little Moss Green coat I had been keeping to one side for a while.

Although, I don't think it's going to fit him for much longer! 😂

Bear was the biggest of the litter and he is definitely a chunky monkey. A very cute chunky monkey, mind.

So I have a feeling he might be growing out of things rather quickly!

Bear is going to be growing up alongside Tweed & Tether, so you will definitely be seeing plenty more of him around here.

And I actually love the thought that you all get to watch him grow too.

After spending so long sharing Millie with you all, it feels lovely to have a little dog back in my life who will no doubt end up featuring in absolutely everything I do. 😂🐾

Bear will never replace Millie and I don't think I ever expected another dog to fill the space she left behind. But somehow, opening my heart to Bear has brought a different kind of happiness back into my life.

And I think Millie would have quite liked him really. 🤎
