Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
Every Tweed & Tether product is handmade with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be crafted and dispatched. If you need something for a special date, drop us an email at hello@tweedandtether.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. As most items are made to order, cancellations after this time may not be possible.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right you’re welcome to return any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. Please email us first at hello@tweedandtether.co.uk before sending your return. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Bespoke & Personalised Items
Some of our products, such as rope collars and other custom orders, are made especially for you. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If your bespoke item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Returning Your Item
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
