Delivery & Shipping Information
Each Tweed & Tether product is lovingly handmade to order. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks from the time of ordering to dispatch. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but quality craftsmanship takes time.
If you need your order by a specific date or have any questions about your delivery, please get in touch at hello@tweedandtether.co.uk and we will always do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hello@tweedandtether.co.uk within 24 hours of placing it. As many items are made to order, cancellations after this window may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Tweed & Tether purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Tweed & Tartan Collars and Leads
If you are not fully satisfied with your Tweed or Tartan collar and/or lead, you are welcome to return the item to us in its original, unused, and resaleable condition.
Please notify us by emailing hello@tweedandtether.co.uk before sending your return. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund excluding original postage costs.
Rope Collars and Leads
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our rope products, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fault, please email hello@tweedandtether.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.
If a return is approved for a faulty item, we’ll provide return instructions and offer a full refund or replacement once the item has been returned and assessed.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for any returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
