Built for the Fields, Made for Your Dog : Meet The Field Collection

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from years of walking spaniels through fields, hedgerows and muddy gateways it’s that the simplest kit often turns out to be the best. The things that slip into your pocket, don’t weigh you down and quietly get on with the job. That’s exactly where The Field Collection began.
I wanted to create something for those everyday country walks where you’re forever clipping on and off the lead. Road section then field, gate then open space, a quick slip on when you need it and hands free the rest of the time. Something reliable enough for working dogs on shoots, for dogs that come along in the tractor or van and for anyone who just prefers fuss free kit that still looks smart.
The more I experimented with rope and different finishes the more this little collection took shape. Each piece is lightweight, pocket friendly and finished with solid brass hardware for that timeless country feel. They’re strong yet flexible and feel lovely in your hand which I think makes such a difference on a walk.
One thing that mattered to me from the start was safety. Traditional slip leads are handy but not always the kindest design, so every item in The Field Collection features our anti choke adjuster. It allows the collar or slip lead to close only to a safe point which means no harsh tightening and no pressure on the throat. You still get all the ease of slipping it on and off without losing that extra bit of kindness and control.

The colours were inspired by the countryside around me everyday. Think deep greens, warm browns and those lovely earthy tones that blend right into the landscape.
This is a range that’s had a lot of thought put into it and honestly it’s become one of my favourite collections. Simple, practical and made for real dogs on real walks.
If you’re after something easy, reliable and a little bit beautiful I think you’ll love The Field Collection as much as I do.
