At Tweed & Tether, we’ve always loved fleece for its comfort and practicality. It’s the fabric we cosy up with on cold winter evenings thanks to its insulating warmth and its moisture wicking properties make it perfect for drying off dogs after a wet walk. With horses and dogs of our own, we found ourselves constantly reaching for fleece coats, rugs and covers, which inspired us to design a blanket that’s both beautiful and practical that you can use all year round.
 
Each blanket is handmade using superior certified anti-pill fleece, double layered to create a luxurious 640gsm thickness. The result is a blanket that’s wonderfully soft yet durable for everyday use.

Our blankets are available in the following sizes :
 
Classic Dog Blanket - 95 x 75cm
Perfect for dog beds, crates, car seats or rolling up to take on pub trips and adventures. A handy size to keep your dog snug and comfy wherever you go.
 
Luxe Dog Blanket - 145 x 145cm  
A generous blanket, great for covering sofas, larger spaces or tucking round dog beds.
 
Signature Throw - 150 × 200 cm 
Designed for with people in mind, our Signature Throw is the hero piece of the Country Fleece Collection. Generously sized and beautifully soft, it’s perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa or adding an extra layer of warmth to the bed. Big enough to share, but so inviting you might not want to.
 
For the Luxe Blankets & Signature Throws please allow 2-3 weeks as these will be made to order.

Wash in warm water with other soft fabrics
Do not use bleach
Avoid fabric softeners (to protect the fleece’s natural water-repellent qualities)
Air dry where possible
